These Terms govern your use of Tables.Menu, operated by SHOPFILES LTD (ATANAS VLAEV 3, SEVLIEVO, BULGARIA, Bulgaria; ID BG204350007). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The service

Tables.Menu lets restaurants build QR-code digital menus, take table orders, and use AI features. We may update or improve the service over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your content, and keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of menus, images and other content you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Plans and payment

Paid plans, trials, renewals and refunds are described in the Billing & Refund Terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes are subject to its competent courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
