Billing & Refund Terms

These terms cover paid subscriptions to Tables.Menu, operated by SHOPFILES LTD. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Plans and pricing

Plan features and prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Prices may be stated per month or per year. Applicable taxes are added where required.

Free trials

Where a plan offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. We collect payment details at sign-up and the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. The card on file is charged at the start of each period.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@tables.menu within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend paid features until the balance is settled.

Changes to pricing

We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
